Before you start
- Access to a Dynamo organization with permission to manage Integrations.
- Admin access to the service you want to connect, so you can generate its API key or credentials.
- Keys are issued by the external provider, not by Dynamo — create them in that provider’s dashboard before you start.

Open the Integrations page
In the left sidebar, scroll to the "3rd party apps" section and click Integrations — it sits just above Sparks generator. The header explains the purpose: connect external services with your organization.
The page has two sections. Active integrations lists everything already connected — until you connect your first service it shows a "No active integrations" empty state. Available integrations lists every provider you can add.
Tip: Integrations belong to the organization (for example "Dynamo10x Demo"), not to a single workspace — connect once and every workspace inside it can use the service.

Pick a service to connect
Available integrations shows six providers, each on its own card with a short description: S3 Bucket (Amazon S3), Gifts (Real gifts), Braze and Customer.io (customer engagement platforms), Klaviyo (email marketing platform), and Optimove (customer-led marketing platform).
Click the + button on a card to open that provider’s configuration dialog. Every dialog follows the same shape — fill in the credentials, then confirm with the Connect button, or back out with Cancel.

Connect an Amazon S3 bucket
The Configure S3 Integration dialog collects four AWS values: pick your Region from the dropdown, then enter the Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, and the target Bucket name.
Click Connect S3 to save. Use an IAM user scoped to just this bucket rather than an account-wide key.
Tip: Treat the Secret Access Key like a password — anyone holding it can reach the bucket. Rotate it in AWS if it is ever exposed.

Connect Braze
The Configure Braze Integration dialog asks for your Braze API Key and the Instance URL for your Braze cluster.
Cloud Storage Export is optional and defaults to None — set it if you want Braze exports routed to storage. Click Connect Braze to finish.

Connect Klaviyo
Klaviyo asks for a Private API Key, which starts with "pk_". Expand "How to set up your Klaviyo API key" in the dialog for the exact steps: in Klaviyo go to Account → Settings → API Keys, click Create Private API Key, name it, and choose Custom Key.
Enable read-only permissions and nothing more — Segments: Read and Lists: Read let Dynamo show your segments and lists with their sizes before syncing, and Profiles: Read lets it export profile emails from a selected segment or list.
Tip: This must be the Private API Key (pk_), not the public Site ID / Company ID — Dynamo rejects the public key. No write permissions are needed, so do not grant them.

Connect Customer.io
The Configure Customer.io Integration dialog takes your App API Key and a Region.
Region must match where your Customer.io workspace is hosted — choose US (api.customer.io) or EU (api-eu.customer.io) from the dropdown. Picking the wrong region makes the key fail to validate.

Connect Optimove
The Connect Optimove dialog explains what happens on save: Dynamo registers its event listeners with Optimove and validates the key you provide.
Enter your Optimove API Key. Base URL is optional and defaults to api4.optimove.net — open the dropdown to pick a different endpoint (api1 through api5) if your account lives on another one.

Connect Gifts
The Configure Gifts Integration dialog is the shortest one: enter your Account ID, then use Upload Gift Card Image to add the artwork recipients will see on the gift card.
Click Connect Gifts to save. Once connected, the service appears under Active integrations at the top of the page.

Your services are connected!
Everything you connect moves from Available integrations up to Active integrations, where you can review or remove it later. Come back any time to add another provider as your stack grows.
