Before you start
- At least one connected channel (a Facebook Page or Instagram account).
- Some published posts on that channel — the feed lists what is already live, not drafts.

Open a channel feed
In the left sidebar under Social tools, each connected channel is listed by name with its network icon — for example "10x - Demo" for a Facebook Page and "10x_demo" for an Instagram account. Click one to open its feed.
The header confirms which channel you are looking at and reads "Posts from this channel." Everything below is that channel’s published posts, most recent first.
Tip: Use Manage Channels, just below the channel list, if the channel you want is not there yet.

Read a post row
Each row pairs one post with its automation. On the left is the post thumbnail, the date and time it went out, and its caption — the small icon on the thumbnail opens the post on the social network itself.
On the right is the superpower attached to that post, with its expiry underneath (for example "No expiration"). The toggle in the row’s top-right corner shows whether that superpower is currently Active or Inactive.

Filter the feed by date
The button in the top-right shows the range currently in view, such as "May 5, 2026 – Aug 3, 2026". Click it to change what the feed covers.
Pick one of the Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days shortcuts, or click a start and end date in the two-month calendar to set a custom range. The feed reloads to just the posts published in that window.
Tip: Narrow the range before a review — comparing a single campaign week is much easier than scrolling a full quarter.

Attach a superpower to a post
A post with no automation on it reads "No Superpower attached." Those rows offer three buttons instead of the usual set.
Give Superpowers attaches one of your existing superpowers to the post. Generate Superpower has Dynamo build a new one for you based on that post. Analyze comments is available either way, since it reads the post’s comments rather than its automation.

Edit, replace, or remove a superpower
Once a superpower is attached, the row’s action bar gives you the full set: Insights, Analyze comments, Export comments, Edit, Replace, and Remove superpower.
Edit changes the superpower’s own settings. Replace swaps in a different superpower while leaving the post alone. Remove superpower detaches it completely — the post stays published, it just stops being automated.
Tip: To pause automation temporarily, flip the Active toggle to Inactive instead of removing it. The superpower stays attached and its setup is preserved.

Check a post’s Insights
Insights opens a panel for that single post. The left side repeats the creative and caption, with shortcuts to Analyze comments, Export comments, and Go to post.
The right side is the numbers, grouped by what produced them: Reactions, Total comments, Unique users commented, Shares, and Auto likes at the top; then Public replies and Private replies (each with replies sent and unique users); Buttons with Total clicks and CTR; Troll buster with potential troll comments and its moderation breakdown; and Master support with comments handled.
Tip: The "Last updated" timestamp sits above the metrics with a refresh button next to it — click it if you are watching a post that just went live.

Ask questions about the comments
Analyze comments opens a chat scoped to one post’s comments. The post sits at the top of the panel so you always know what you are asking about.
Four starters get you going: Sentiment overview for the general tone, Get comments to pull the latest ones, Engagement insights for what resonated, and Action items for suggested next steps. Or type your own question in the box and keep the conversation running until you have what you need.
Tip: Export comments hands you the raw comments as a file, and Reset chat clears the conversation if you want to start a fresh line of questioning.

You know your way around the feed!
The feed is the fastest route from "how did this post do?" to "let me change what runs on it." Come back after a campaign to compare Insights across posts, or to retire superpowers you no longer need.
