Before you start
- A VIP Facebook page connected to Dynamo, and a VIP audience property already created — the Overview stays locked until both exist. The "Set Up a VIP Workspace" tutorial covers that setup.
- Some VIP conversations in Super chat, since the label cards count conversations rather than users.
- 1
Open the Overview
In the left sidebar under VIP tools, click Overview. Check the workspace selector in the top-right shows the VIP workspace you mean — the example here is "Master VIP".
If you see a "Create VIP Segment First" card instead of the dashboard, the workspace is not set up yet: the VIP page needs connecting and the VIP audience property needs defining first.

Read the VIP Users panel
The top panel is your audience in two numbers. Identified is how many VIPs Dynamo matched from your VIP property — 29 in this example. Reachable is how many of those you can actually message, shown with its share of the total: 22, or 76%.
The right-hand cell shows when those numbers were last calculated, with a refresh button to recalculate. Edit reopens the VIP audience property, and the trash icon removes it.
Tip: The gap between Identified and Reachable is the number that matters for planning a send. Being in your VIP list is not the same as being contactable.

Check the property behind the audience
Under the counts, Dynamo names the VIP property the audience came from. For a CSV-based audience that is the filename and when it was uploaded, and the download button next to it retrieves the file.
This line is your audit trail: if the Identified count looks wrong, start by checking whether the source here is the list you expected and how old it is.

Switch and create views
The Overview section below has its own controls. The dropdown on the left selects which view you are looking at — "Dynamo VIP club" here — so you can keep more than one arrangement of label cards.
Create New View adds another, and Refresh recalculates the counts on the cards without reloading the page.

Work the label cards
Each card is one AI label with its own icon and colour, and the number is how many new conversations currently carry it — "Waiting for reply" has 4, "About to churn" has 1. The line underneath spells that out: "New conversations with label: …".
Filter SuperChat at the bottom of a card takes you to Super chat with that label already applied as a filter, so you land on exactly those conversations rather than searching for them.
Tip: Read these as a queue, not a report. A rising "Waiting for reply" means people are waiting on you, and "About to churn" is the one worth clearing first.

Create an AI label
The cards can only show labels that exist, so tracking something new starts with a new AI label. You create one from Super chat: open the Inbox, switch to the Labels tab, and use Create new AI label under Manage Labels. The dialog asks for three things.
Label name is what appears on the card and in Super chat. Label color picks the swatch it uses, which is what makes a card scannable at a glance. AI label prompt is the important one: you describe when the label should be applied, and Dynamo uses that description to tag conversations. Save AI label stays disabled until the required fields are filled.
Tip: Write the prompt as a plain description of the situation — "the customer is asking about cancelling or complaining about value" — rather than a keyword list. The label is only as good as the description behind it, so check a few tagged conversations after you create one.
Name, colour, and the prompt that decides when the label applies.
You can read your VIP dashboard!
The Overview is the fastest route from a number to a conversation. Refresh it before a shift, work the labels that are stacking up, and add new AI labels as you spot patterns worth tracking.
