Add a User to Your Organization

Everyone who works in Dynamo needs their own account. Rather than sharing one login, you invite each teammate by email and give them a role that matches what they actually need to do.

This tutorial covers the whole flow: opening Settings, finding the invite option, choosing between Admin, Editor, and Viewer, and sending the invitation.

Before you start

  • An Admin role in the organization — only Admins can invite new members.
  • The work email address of the person you want to add.
  1. 1

    Open Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar. The page opens on your own profile card, showing your name, email, and a badge with your current role.

Check that badge before you continue — it needs to read Admin. Editors and Viewers cannot invite new members.

Tip: Make sure the organization selector at the top (for example "Dynamo10x Demo") shows the organization you want to add the person to.

Settings, with your role badge and the Organization section.
  2. 2

Open Add Admin / Editor / Viewer

Scroll to the Organization card. It groups everything that applies across the whole organization: Organization Settings, Add Admin / Editor / Viewer, Redirect Screen Image, SuperLink Custom Domain, Business Account Migration, and the iOS and Android Redirect Options.

Click Add Admin / Editor / Viewer to open the Invite Member dialog.

Tip: This row sits under Organization, not Workspace — the person you invite joins the organization rather than a single workspace.

  3. 3

    Choose the role

The Invite Member dialog opens with three roles to pick from, and the one you select is highlighted.

Admin has full control over all settings and features — including billing, integrations, and inviting other people. Editor has full control over content and campaigns, but not organization settings. Viewer can only view data and reports.

Tip: Give the narrowest role that still lets the person do their job. You are not locked in — an Admin can change someone’s role later.

  4. 4

    Enter the email and send

Type the person’s work email into the Email address field. The Invite button stays greyed out until the role and a valid address are both in place.

Click Invite to send it. Dynamo emails them an invitation, and they set their own password when they accept — you never enter a password on their behalf.

Tip: Double-check the address before sending: the invite grants access to your organization, so a typo could reach the wrong person.

Your teammate is on the way!

They will receive an invitation at the email you entered and can set up their own password from it. Repeat the flow for anyone else who needs access, and revisit Settings later if someone needs a different role.
