Before you start
- Nothing. The Library is safe to open and read — it holds things you have already made, and it is where you look before writing something from scratch.
- 1
Open the Library
From the left sidebar, click Library. It opens on a set of tabs, and each tab is one kind of saved thing: Groups, Public replies, Private replies, Interactive replies, Buttons and Gallery.
Search finds an item by name, and the sort control next to it reorders the list.

Know that each workspace has its own library
The Library is not one shared shelf. Each workspace has its own, holding the things that workspace actually uses — so the tabs you see depend on where you are.
The clearest example is Groups. In a community workspace you can save a superpower condition group to the Library and reuse it on the next superpower. Marketing and VIP workspaces have no superpower groups, so they have no group library either.
If a tab you remember is missing, that is usually the reason: you are in a different workspace, not looking at the wrong page.
Tip: Because libraries are per-workspace, something saved while you were in one workspace will not appear in another. Save it again where you need it.

Reuse a condition group
A group is a set of conditions plus the replies that fire when they match — the same thing you build inside a superpower. The list shows how many conditions each one carries and how many public and private replies.
Edit opens it in the same two-pane editor you know: the group name and its conditions on the left, its saved replies on the right. The example here matches the keyword "thank you" along with fifteen typo variations, and answers with one of seven public replies.
Duplicate clones a group as a starting point, and Delete removes it.
Tip: The variations list is the part worth saving. Collecting "thnx", "tysm", "thank u" and the rest takes real effort, and it is identical for every superpower you will ever write.

Organise with folders
Once a tab holds more than a screenful, Add folder gives you somewhere to put things. A folder takes a name and nothing else.
The three-dot menu on a folder offers Rename folder, Delete folder, and Collapse all — the last of which is the fastest way to get an overview when a tab has grown.
Tip: Name folders after when you would reach for them rather than what they contain — "Launch week" beats "Images 2", because the question you will be asking later is what you are working on, not what kind of thing you saved.
A folder is just a name. Rename, delete, or collapse everything at once.
Write it once!
The habit worth forming is checking the Library before you write anything, and saving anything you might send twice. A group with every misspelling of "thank you" in it is worth far more the fifth time you use it than the first.
